Rockies/Diamondbacks series?who win move on?

I like Rockies.They're hotter,better bats.Holiiday,Tulow,Helton,Atkins..

yea I agree Rockies!

Their lineup is absolutely explosive but pitching and defense wins games.

They were able to shut down Philadelphia's lethal lineup so hopefully they can do it again with the Arizona D-backs (their team average is like .249 which is pretty pathetic but they are clutch hitters!)

If I were a rockies fan I wouldn't worry about their hitting because they're just that damn good, their pitching is the one that needs to come thru and deliver like they did against Philly

I would say the Rockies, they are playing great.

I go with the Rockies.

Of course the ROCKIES. I live in Colorado and have been a fan for a long time. This has been a long time coming for the Rockies and Colorado. We deserve a win.

I say the Rockies, and it is kind of unsettling when you think about how the playoffs work. Wild Card teams should be at a much bigger disadvantage. By letting them play 3 straight home games, if they can split the first two games they are hard to beat.

You have to think that Wild Card teams just get in and usually have tons of momentum. I thinktr his format needs to be changed, it undermines the regular season.

I know the diamondbacks will win this one easy.

The D-Backs

Helton and the Rockies are gonna tear the d-b's apart for sure!

I really think Rockies fans are in a for a surprise. Noone thought that the D-Backs would beat the Cubs. I'm not an NL fan at all, but I would be careful Rockies faithful, it will not be easy with Webb, Hernandez and Chris Young leading off. I say it goes 7 to Arizona.

i'm rooting for which ever one makes it. but to tell you truth, i think arizona will win this one. i think colorado will cool off. this winning streak they have is pretty remarkable. they are bound to lose eventually.

I would love to see the Rockies win it all this year. However, the Diamondbacks have home field advantage and better pitching. Good hitting can get you to the playoffs but good pitching wins championships. Diamondbacks in seven.

Diamonbacks are going to win. They have better pitching and their young guys are coming through for them. They also have a great bullpen and the best closer in the NL, Jose Valverde.

This will be better than the World Series. Because- the Indians and Red Sox are both better teams, more depth. This series I'm gonna say the Rockies- only because I saw a couple games in Denver against the Phillies.
I am a Tiger's fan.

The Rockies are too hot to be beaten by the Diamondbacks.
Neither the Indians nor the Red Socks want to meet Rockies in the final. The Rockies is a fairy tale team.

Rockies will win the NL!

Rockies in six they're just too good!!

I am an Indians' fan. My dad loves the Rockies.
I wish they could meet in the finals but am not too sure; I think the Diamond Backs will shock the Rockies fans back to reality; a baseball team just don't go on hitting and Hitting every day like the Rockies do; they will be stopped.

One of the best stories in baseball and it's getting little attention. Two teams that 'grew' their team instead of buying it. Young, energetic players who don't 'know better' than to go play lights out baseball in the intensity of the playoffs. Rox lead the season series 10-8, are hotter than Hades, so.. Rockies in 6!

probaly the rockies. i hate both teams though. but i hate the dbacks more so i hope its the rockies. i live in AZ so im going to the game tommorrow.

as much as i like the rox i still go woth the d backs....the rockies will eventually cool down...they cant paly like that forever...but they had a good run

Rockies because of their loaded lineup and amped up pitching staff
Edit: the last rockie win of the regular season (before the tie breaker)was against the D-back not only that the D-Backs do horribly against their own division

I hope the rockies win so the sox can kill them in the series!

GO SOX!!!

kids, i dont care if the rockies have won 18 of their last 19, or 19 of 20...whatever.

this is the same thing that happened with the chicago series. who gave them the chance to win?
nobody.
but look what happened.
the diamondbacks defied all experts and won the series by sweep.

look at the rockies. everybody is worshipping them for going on a long winning streak.
does anyone realize the first time arizona played colorado during this streak, they won?
yes they won, they gave the rockies their only last in the last almost month. and what did that mean?
we clinched the wildcard.
we decided to rest up our premier pitchers who were up to pitch in livan hernandez and doug davis. instead, we started scrubs yusmeiro petit and edgar gonzalez. these guys hardly held off a 5th spot with a 5+ era.

now lets look at the rockies.
i love the rockies, they were underrated just like the diamondbacks. among six teams to go from last place to a LCS.
i always go for the underdog team, but is it not unfair that they are here. they did put together the best stretch in many years, but they got to the LDS on a questionable call, after forcing a tie breaker, in large part to the diamondbacks lack of concern for the rockies.
they played baseball how it should be done, just like the d-backs too: they brought up players from their minor league system. the two teams dont even combine to a third of the yankees salary, and here these two stand, fighting to go to the WS.
i know the rockies have "experience" or whatever, but the diamondbacks have more deception. about 80% of you are saying rocks in 5,6,7...

the rockies bats probably will put up 4, maybe 5 or 6 runs nearly every game.
but when it comes down to it, the diamondbacks have one when it counts.
the bullpen has misleading numbers really. their bullpen era is around 4.13, but the only three guys who will be playing combine for roughly 2.40 or so.
look at the one run games, 32 for AZ, 19 for COL.
d-backs motto: "anybody, anytime"
they are down 2 to chicago, and immediately answer back. they have been consistent all year and cant see how they cant pull off a surprise win in 6 games.

go az!

I say Diamondbacks they have guys with more experience in playoffs, but Rox they're hot right now.... its a though one to call...

i think colorado will move on to the world series. being that they have better bats and they are the hottest team playing right now

well its hitting vs pitching pretty much i say if it turns in too high scoring affair its colorado and if its a pitching duel arizona so this series depends on colorados bats if they stay hot or not but im going wit colorado

D'backs in 7. Sorry.

The Rockies will fold like a warm tortilla on a hot summer day.

D-Backs in 4.

Rockies. Nothing can break their streak except the Sox.

Rockies all the way.

hard to say but rockies have had a lot of wins but most of the time it eventually falls
