IF YOU FEEL YOU MIGHT GET BENCHED THEN THATS MORE OF A REASON TO TRY. Do you know typing in caps can be considered to be swearing or shouting please get rid of typing in capitals if need be make your font bigger. Just don't try to always get walked. Try sometimes to hit the ball in the allies and see what happens. O and by the way the coach is a dumbass if you can still 2nd or 3rd easily. just keep playing good whining will get you on the bench faster. Remember that baseball is a team sport. As long as you're starting and not sitting on the bench you can contribute. It's a small victory but think of batting eighth as "Double Clean Up" and do the best for the team. i used to be in this same situation. what i did was go to the batting cages about once a week and go out in your backyard and hit whiffle balls. Also, if you want, buy a cheap batting tee, one dozen baseballs and swing 75 times a day into the fence. If you do this for about three weeks, your swing form will much better. Then, gather your confidence, go up to the plate, and use your practiced swing against the pitcher. Know the pitch you are looking for (middle-in, middle-away), and when you get it, make contact and the ball will go far! Just keep playing and hitting. Really the spot in the order doesnt really matter that much, and as long as you keep on hitting the ball well, your coach should notice. Sorry bu tyou cant do anything about it. The coach is the coach and will put you where he sees fit. Just play and have fun. He might see how good you are eventually. |
