| Whats the difference from a good bat and a bad bat? |

Can you also rate the louisville slugger samurai? |

A good bat is one you can hit with, bad is one you can't. Ideal length, weight and shape are all dependent on your swing. Also keep in mind material. Light weight wood and alus will break or deform easier. |

there is no good or bad bat... its the player holding the bat that matters It's personal feel. I preferred one with a more narrow than average handle and a wider & heavier barrel (part that hits the ball). Others liked them closer to the same from end to end. I always hated aluminum bats, but when using them in some softball leagues there were times I knew the alum saved my hands from a "stinger" when not hit solid and the ball certainly jumps off the alum bats. the difference is that one of them cant hit far and the other can hit one a mile It depends on your swing and body. Also The Loisville Slugger Samurai is a good bat many collage players use it, i also have a Louisville bat TPX but not a samurai and it hits great just like the samurai. it's not the bat, it's the person swinging and making full contact with it. "A good bat is the heaviest bat you can handle and a bad bat is the smallest lightest bat you can swing as fast as lighting." a good bat you get a firm feel to it and make contact with the ball, a bad one you don't , It's not the bat, it's the batter. Even a bad hitter can make a good bat bad! |
