I mean I do not hate football, I don't particularly like it but cant they do the draft during the football season and next up is mini camps and junk lets worry about baseball and leave football for the fall and winter. I DO NOT CARE WHO THE F ING REDSKINS DRAFTED IN THE 5TH ROUND!!!!!!!!!!! I want to see baseball highlights and not goofy football mock draft coverage, MOCK DRAFT WHAT THE F K IS THAT WHERE DO THEY GET THAT AND MOCK DRAFT PARTYS AND DRAFT PARTYS DON'T THESE FOOTBALL PEOPLE GET OUT OF THEIR MOMMYS BASEMENTS OR GO OUTSIDE AND ENJOY THE SPRING IT WAS RAINING HERE AND THERE WAS PLENTY OF DRAFT COVERAGE SO MY DAUGHTER AND I PUT RAINCOATS ON AND SPLASHED!!! IN MUD PUDDLES BUT I AM SURE THE FOOTBALL DRAFT PARTIES WERE GOING HOT AND HEAVY. Well I am done Good Luck everyone hope no one was insulted but they probably were, suck it up.

Sorry. The draft is great if you know what to look for. It's how teams work their future. If you watch college football, you get to respect certain players. Then you get excited to see that player join your team. OR you get upset to see that player join another team in your division.

I agree with you slightly. I do like to see who my team takes 1st, but after that it's a bunch of bull. It's way to long, and it takes up ESPN for two whole days.

Yes, Over eight hours of TV time devoted to this is criminal. In fact, anymore than 30 minutes is just plain wrong.

I dislike it because my team (Colts) picked some crappy guys. But yeah, they take way too long on deciding who to pick and how much to pay.

it gets way too much coverage, but i thoroughly enjoy it. it's a good excuse to get together with buddies on a saturday afternoon and get toasted--can't complain about football in April.

The NFL is a business. I enjoy the draft thoroughly. I am a serious sports fan and find it very intriguing. If it bothers you that much then just don't watch. Go and play in the rain like you did but don't complain. And as for the people that say it takes too long, you obviously do not own a business because this is the future of business. 15 minutes is not a big deal. Go do something with your time.

I think the football draft is interesting in the first round but after that it gets kinda boring and long in the 3, 4, 5 & so on rounds...

it's not something i clean to my chair about. to much hype. network stations like it because it brings in advertising money.

It was about as exciting as watching paint dry.
