| Let's talk baseball! Do you Roger Clemmens is still at his peak? I really enjoyed Dennis Eckersley.? |

Do any of you old timers remember Rick Camp? Braves pitcher....he was such a extra crummy hitter, but remember when he hit that homerun and even the opposing team cheered for him? I like to remember back to the good ole' days....and today's players are cool too |
|
Didn't the Rick Camp home run come in a game that had been delayed several times by rain? As I remember, it was about 4:00 in the morning (Eastern Time) when the game ended. |

He's over the hill........... He's not at his peak, but he is still in the top third of major league pitchers. Eck!!! I remember when he was a Cubs. Got him and another player from Boston for Bill Buckner in '84.Clemons is still a good pitcher at his age. Remember the player who caught Aarons 715th homer and the pitcher he hit it off of(2 different players)? he's not at a peak but he's still a good pitcher Roger, the drama king of baseball, can only think about Roger, can love only Roger, can talk only about Roger. He is way past his peak and has bamboozled the Astros into letting him come back from retirement. At the end of the season, he will hold a news conference, and just like all of his news conferences, he will stumble, bumble and talk his way along as he contradicts himself and embarrasses MLB and himself once more. The Rocket's still got it for a while. |
