When will baseball realize that it is only fair to institute a real salary cap?

It is not fait that the NY teams recieve 1,000,000,000 for TV rights when KC and Pitt get a few million. Give it up George, and you others in LA and Chicago, you are ruining the spirit of the game.

Some teams like the Yanks and Dodgers have TV contracts (due to the populations of their cities and not the fact that they are managed any better than any other team) which afford them billions of dollars more than other teams

lol.
a long while....?

George isn't the richest owner in baseball. He's actually pretty far from it. He's just not afraid to spend his money. If Kansas City and Pittsburgh actually fielded good teams like the Yankees, Red Sox, and Angels do, they'd be on TV every night too.

HYPOCRITICAL MORON.

EDIT: Alright, so how about we move the Yanks to Alaska, the Mets to Guam, the Dodgers to Cuba, the Red Sox to the Amazon Rainforest, and the Angels to the Himalayas?

That was a horrible way to say what you did. The Yankees can't help it if people actually care.
