It is a remarkable accomplishment. Many have come close to getting their no-nos but very few have gotten them. He did pitch good. Hopefully he will be in STL next year. Do your self a favor and become a White Sox fan, Cubs are awful. Go Cardinals! yeah that was en awsome game to watch i was there and to see every one standing and hear every one screaming buehrle buehrle throw out the 9th inning and then as every one held there breath when crede throw the ball to first it was great so go sox and any one playing the cubs ya that was an incredible feat to accomplish, all hats off to mark! that was amazing..... maybe he wasnt pitching agaist the best team but to pitch a no-hitter is one of the hardest, if not the hardest thing to do in the game of baseball! How nice and patronizing of you!! I would suggest that ANY good fan of the game of baseball would always appreciate a great performance from any pitcher who throws a no hitter, no matter what team he played for. No?? As a White Sox fan, I tip my cap to you for not being one of those "jerk" Cub fans. Last night was awesome, but it'll never top October 26, 2005. Buehrle would say the same thing, and he did last night. Maybe this will be the start of a great season on the South Side! |
