Custom baseball cleats?
I know for sure that there are companies out there that do this. Back in when I was playing in college there was a guy that came out and tried to sell them to us. We had to provide the shoe and the cleat and he would charge us like 100 or so to do

Depends on the surface you are playing on. If you want better traction then go with 9. If you have more spikes you can twist your ankle easier and that would suck.
