Wear: Hat, baseball pants, t-shirt, cleats Bring: Baseball bag with glove, bat, batting gloves, sunglasses and water or gatorade.
Bring a -3 bat if you have one, that is what they use in High School. You can bring a baseball or 2 to warm up with however most coaches have a whole bucket of baseballs to use for the actual tryouts.
make sure you have had a sports physical and have the proper forms filled out by your doctor (school should have the forms for you to take to the dr.) Most high schools will not let you try out for the team until you have this

Here is a typical routine:
Stretch you out, jog around the field a few times too
Time you for the 60 yd dash
Give you ground balls, then fly balls
Give you BP
Check pitchers out
Sometimes they will have a scrimmage, and see what you can do in a real game.
Definately bring your own stuff.
Wear baseball pants, a t-**** tucked in with a belt and a hat worn properly. Obviously wear your cleats and long colored socks. For sure you bring your own equipment. Nobody is going to lend you anything, it's dog eat dog at a tryout.
As far as what to wear, wear some kind of baseball pants. Above all, wear a shirt that makes you stand out. A pro jersey is good. An all-star jersey or a team jersey is good. Something that shows that you've played the game before and have an idea to what's going on.
