How do you stiffen a leather baseball glove that is too floppy?

This is an excellent gold glove but it is broken in a little too well. I just need it to be a little more stiff.

Get it a little wet, not soaking wet but moist on the leather. Water always stiffens leather. Hope you figure it out.

I don't know how much you want it to stiffen, but you could always put it in the freezer. Torii Hunter puts his glove in the Microwave if he makes an error so the freezer might work out.
