| Anybody use Hot Glove treatment to break in a new baseball glove? |

Did it work as advertised? |

My husband uses it, it's a foam, you rub it all over the glove and put it in the oven for about 3-4 minutes. I really works, if the glove is brand new you might need to repeat once or twice though. You can buy it at Sports Authority and I've also seen it at Walmart. My husband treats his little league team gloves with it when they are too hard for the kid to maneuver them. |

No, I put a couple books or bricks on mine to help it open and close. I've heard of it but never used it.I should try it my glove is so stiff. Save your money. Just put a baseball in it to build a pocket, tie it closed with string for a couple of days (better yet, park the car on top of it where the thumb overlaps the ring finger and pinkie). When you move the car (or undo the string), you'll have a perfect pocket for the glove and it'll lay relatively flat on the ground, meaning it will close instantly with a ball in the pocket. |
