No way. You can't change something like that. Their a Dynasty. The Montreal Canadiens are the Yanks of hockey and they never changed their uniforms.

I'm not a Yankee fan but the unis are nice. Very simple, just thee team name. No fancy designs. The uniforms aren't going to change.

Yeah I love the pinstripes too. I'm not a fan of the gray though. They should get a cool blue shirt just like the gray only blue with white lettering with cool white pants.

NO NEVER. They are the only team left that has never changed either of their 2 uniforms from the original ones they started with. It's tradition and should always stay that way.

No way! Then they would be just like every other team. You will never see the Yanks trotting out on the field wearing green jerseys like that team in Boston does once every year. The Yankees have class and the storied uniforms are part of that.

Why does any team need an alternate uniform? White home, gray away. Nuff said. Nickname on the front of the home unis and the city on the front of the grays. I think the Orioles started the alternate uniform thing in the early seventies with the God awful all-orange things. I think the Pirates had that all yellow thing too. Mid 70's, the Indians had that all red uniform. Boog Powell after his trade to the Indians looked like a big blood clot.

Absolutely not. The Yankees don't need gimmicks...and all the alternative gear is a means to sell hats and jerseys to fans.....nothing more, nothing less.
