Yes! The Old English "D" on white is classic and hasnt changed in over 100 years!

I love my favorite team's logo. I'm not sure anything looks sharper than the birds on the bat. And it's lasted just as long as any logo in sports.

Not really. I love the rangers will all my heart..but they need some help! They uniforms are totally boring..red, white, and blue. I love it on the flag but baseball...nah!! The main color of them being white with the red or blue being in the lettering and the little line designs. I say we get a navy blue jersey for home. Too much white / gray = boring. lol.

As a fellow Yankee fan, I agree that the pinstripes and away grays are a great, classic uniform. I love all the teams that have stayed true to their uniform- Be it the Tigers, Cubs, Cards, and even the -ugh- Red Sox.

What I hate is these newer teams that change uniforms every year or have ten different variations on it. Like it will attract new fans or make them buy more crap- for crying out loud! How many uniforms have the crappy D-backs had in their short history, why do the Rockies, Pirates, and Angels keep switching stuff, and what's with those lame red jerseys on the Braves (and Red Sox, for that matter). Even though I respect the fact that the Padres are paying tribute to the military in a very military-friendly town, those camo uniforms and their normal dusty sand ones are lame.

Of course the old Pads, Pirates and Astros uni's from the 70's were just awful, but it just proves my point that a good,classy, classic design will stand the test of time. Give me pinstripes, birds on a bat, or the big D any day over the crap coming out of the expansion teams today.

Of course, the Saints with the baseball replacing the dot in the I and a halo over the S, with a bat underlining the name is great, too, but I designed that logo and could be a little bias. :)
