Value of a 1969 Topps Deckle Edge # 21 Pete Rose ...Mint Condition?

My father-in-law bought an old Pete Rose card. He was unsure what type of card it was, and after doing some digging, I found out that it is a 1969 Topps Deckle Edge photo card that is a set of 33; Rose being # 21 of the set.

However I am having a hard time finding a true value of the card. The card that my father-in-law has is in mint condition.
We live in a very small town and there are no sports memorabilia shops to take it to in order to find out. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

well he was banned from league so its worth nothing maybe there are some manaica who will buy it for a large sum of money (100-500) maybe

It's going on eBay for around $8 - $30. The card will have to be graded by a professional if you want to know the real value of the card. What most people call mint, actually is not mint.

You can send your card here to be graded:

Unless it's really rare, it's probably not worth the price to get it graded.
