Looking for a Keith Picht baseball card 84,85,86,87,or 88/Pittsburg Pirates?

Keith Picht states he played for the Pittsburg Pirates 84-88.
We cannot find anything that indicates he was with the club during those years. He also states he was with the Major League club last month of 87 and first month of 88. Please tell me how I can find something that validates this. Thank you

While it may be possible that Keith Picht played major league baseball, there are no baseball cards of Keith Picht in any of the years you mentioned or any year for that matter. If you want to see if he played, I would check out www.baseballreference.com just type his name in the search box. any other questions just drop me an email.

i would guess you could call the organization and ask someone in personell. or try asking him what baseball card company put out his card and get in touch with that company to see if it's true

Hey the only thing i found on Pitch was this :

Ah, Lance, that truly sucks. I know the agony of crap like that all too well. I spent my high school years in Phillipsburg, NJ. Some say that that town is the armpit of New Jersey. We had two guys heading to major sport... Ned Bolcar, who got signed to the Miami Dolphins and fucked up his knee the first season, and Keith Picht, signed to the Pittsburgh Pirates as a pitcher, threw out his shoulder in the first game. Both within a year or two of each other, both gave the town high hopes for getting on the map, and then nada.

If he says hes from new jersey...then waht prolly happened is that he was signed by the pirates but blew out his ARM before he made it to the majors. He did not pitch in the majors i'll tell you that much. If he did there would be stats you can count on that. This is prolly the case of a fallen athelete telling a lie that could have been reality. Thats just like when you say the fish you caught was bigger then it actually was.
