I think the guy in Cleveland last year first got pile drived by James Harrison from the steelers, arrested, had to spend the super bowl in jail, fined and banned from the stadium. Sounds like a great idea.

He gets taken to jail, most of the time he can get off with a few hours community service or something. Also, he usually gets banned from that particular stadium/arena for atleast a season.
