i think its minute maid park same here you are sooo right! I think its Dolphin Stadium. SF Giants field. for viewing i'd agree with you on Tropicana Field... The Metrodome is probably the worst. It's not just the worst for baseball, it's also the worst for football. for the fans it is definitely dolphin stadium. You never catch anything and the view sucks anywhere you sit. The Trop is absolutely the worst park! The cat walks, the ugly field. tropicana field. That disaster in Tampa for sure is #1. It is like being in prison. The Metrodome sucks too. Baseball wasn't meant to be played indoors. As for the outside stadiums, The Oakland home field is horrible with the stands so far from the action and The outfield being changed for the Raiders. Back in the day, the A's had an open outfield with flowers and real bleachers. Now it is enclosed and ugly as sin. the metrodome.... does even have real out field walls i mean wut is that and its white roof To be fair to Tropicana, which may not be as bad as the Metrodome, you do need some type of dome on top of a stadium in Florida because it rains almost every day in the summer. Plus, it was not built at the same time, say Chase Field and Minute Maid Park in Houston were built where they figured out how to grow grass in a stadium which could have a roof on it. So while Tropicana Field is not a great place to play because of teh Astroturf and weird ground rules, consider that it was built in 1990 at a time retractable roofs were not in existance making grass an impossibility there. |
