How about the Nolan Ryan / Robin Ventura (Rangers vs White Sox 1993) or the Red Sox / Yankees brawl when Pedro threw Don Zimmer to the ground. Here is a cool link: |

Well the funniest one was when Pedro tossed aside Zimmer. Gotta agree with Ballzy. An 80 year old man charges a 30 year old professional athlete and expects to knock him over. when dave strawberrry got messed up yankees boston brawls of coruse IDK, thats a tough, seen so many. The fight that always sticks out in my mind though is Nolan Ryan with Robin Ventura in a headlock and just wailing on him. THE GREATEST BRAWL IS DEFINITELY THE WHITE SOX DISCO NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE FANS RAN ONTO THE FIELD TORE THE PLACE APART AND LIT THINGS ON FIRE!!!!!!!!!!!! Alex Rodriguez vs Jason Varitek. When Pedro tossed Zimmer I always like the one where Kyle Farnsworth took on Paul Wilson of the Reds. Farnsy made Urlacher proud with the tackle he made on the Reds pitcher and showed that he is someone to be respected!!! a few goodies: Absolutely Zimmer getting thrown down by Pedro. I still laugh my **** off when I see it. What about Marichal-Roseboro (with the bat) in the '60's? not really a brawl but i loved when robin ventura charged the mound against nolan ryan. The Braves and Padres had one for the ages back in the early '80s--something like a dozen guys got ejected. It seemed to last forever, too, maybe half and hour or more. Also, when Bill Lee nearly punched his own arm out of its socket trying to hit Graig Nettles back in the late '70s. |
