I am so tired of hearing that the Yankees buy their talent NO SH!T everyone does so lets try to come up with another whining excuse... So by that way of thinking all the Red Sox are playing this year for FREE>>>> YEA RIGHT....And if it wasnt for the dollars earned by YOUR team from the yankees tehy probably wouldnt be able to sign their Minor league players........ |

The Chicago Cubs dont pay for their talent. They make millions upon millions of money from the fans and rarely invest it back into the team, so essentially, Cubs fans are paying for their teams talent...or lack there of. Technically, every MLB team pays for its talent. Your missing the point. The Yankees overpay for talent running up the costs so very few teams have a shot at the top free agents. But i guess its only the regular people you New Yorkers think should share the wealth. When it comes to your Elitist baseball team Capitolism is what counts. Hypocrites. All of them pay for their talent cubs probably Oakland A's Well the Florida Marlins for one. I mean last year the only big names they had were Dontrelle and Miguel Cabrera and they managed to comptete in one of the toughest divisions in baseball. Who else? The Oakland A's. Every year they ship away big contract guys and still manage to have a competetive team. I would have to say the Marlins. The boss has admitted that he does not give a d**n about the fans. Their payroll is a joke. Royals "Brewers don't pay as much as some of its players deserve to be paid!" Oakland A's dont when they lose players someone comes up and replaces they dont care, and the Giants dont they only have Bonds and Zito but they also have talent in triple a |
