Someone want to explain baseball to me?

I have been trying to get into baseball but I have no idea what the rules are, how people ear points, or anything. Can someone explain it all to me so I can watcha game and know whats going on? Please and thank you!

hmm i would say watch a game on tv and listen to the announcers. you'll be able to figure it out, trust me. it's not super complicated. i started watching baseball when i was 8 years old and it took me a few months to get it downpacked

get the latest baseball video game and extensively play it. I am serious, thats how 2 of my cousin learned about the game and the players.

I have to agree with Eggs, the game is far too complicated to explain it here and there is a rule book so again too much to put here. Watch listen and you will learn. Baseball is the greatest of all sports! Enjoy it for the truly wonderful pasttime that it is!!!!!!!

Baseball!!!!!!!

This will explain everything u want to know about Baseball. Hope it helps.

Yes, well, you see, you have a hitterizer who pummels the orb as it is thrown by a pitcherizer, you see, and then. . .

Start with a rule book. Finds a web site that explains the rules, and one with pictures is better. Then watch a few games, talk with some people who know about it, play some baseball. . .it doesn't take very long at all, really.

if the guy with the bat hits it really hard and it goes out of the park....its a homerun!!

one team is in the field, one team is batting...only 1 player bats at a time....the pitcher, the man throwing the ball, throws a pitch and the batter, the man at the plate holding onto the bat, tries to hit...if it is caught in the air or thrown to first base before he gets there he is out...there are 3 outs in an inning....a run is scored when you touch all three bases and home plate before three outs have occurred....there is no time limit or run limit...u can score as many times in an inning as you can....then after three outs the teams switch from offense to defense and vice versa...a game consists of 9 innings of play...where each team gets to field and bat 9 times
