I thinking of bying a 12 or 15 game ticket plan for the 08' Yankees. Does anybody know from experience if they give you an option to buy all-star game tickets.

No, any and all ticket plans except the full-season package do NOT include premium games, Old-Timers day, Opening Day, all Red Sox games, and playoffs.
The All-Star Game, being a premium game, will not be in the package.

If you decide to attend the game, start saving up, cheap seats will run close to $600.
I got to $600 because cheap seats in PacBell for this year's ASG run close to $500 for cheapies, and the Yankees have raised ticket prices this year to help fund Yankee Stadium III, expect them to be a bit higher next year.
