How do 'STANDING ROOM' tickets for the cardinals game work?
Not sure about the new Busch Stadium, but in the old park you would stand in open concourse areas behind the main seating (with ushers making sure you don't obstruct pedestrian traffic). If you can find a good spot, view will be pretty good,

nobody will sell you tickets without money up front ... they are too fluid of a commodity and proving ownership for a charge of theft would be very difficult against someone who has possession of the tickets.
