Have you ever seen all the dents in the wall, it isnt a very good place to have cameras, besides most hitters are righties and righties would block the view of the catcher's signals if there were cameras behind the wall. Also its not hard to see a coaching signals seeing how they use them in the wide open along the 3rd baseline.
