My softball coach is on vacation during softball season! thanks 2 her, we have 2 keep forfitting. If she wants 2 go on vacation, why did she even make a team. thanks 2 her we only had 3 player at last nights games. Only 3 because she had 3 players with her on vacation, and the other players are some were else. Do U think what my coach is duing is fair? |

No. When she decided to be the coach for your team, she made a commitment to your team. That means she has to be there for every practice and every game. The fact that she is taking a vacation shows that she is not very committed to the team, and it is extremely unprofessional. Contact the league officals you play in and tell them this. She should be fired. |

Not at all. Your coach should be replaced, or not coached at all. I would let the person in charge of the league know what is going on. No, report it to the league officials and ask to join a differnt team What? What kind of coach is this? I guess she's not very serious about her job. Your coach put his / her needs before the team. Very Poor sportsmanship. I can relate with what you are feeling my soccer coach did that once but we got a replacement just in time not to forfeit all the games, just one. If you league has the same rule that means that without coach your team can't play. I can't you find any one that can replace your coach for at least this period. For your part you should contact your league officials and explain to them what's going on and how you feel. Then request change of team or change of coach because that's plain frustrating for a player to give lots for a team and then the coach just disappear and lets the team on their own. Another thing try to be with player that have the same commitment that you do i mean how can you go with your coach on vacation that doesn't look good at all where is the commitment in those players. Well wish you well and hope you can get a replacement if you still got player willing to play. |
