Its a hard question to answer, but its one of those things that takes time. Well based on history white guys have been prodominetly coaches so its going to take a while. You have to remember that civil rights only took place 40 years ago so its going to take a while. Since black guys havent really had a chance show there stuff they have to work there way up.

The difficult part is becoming black. Becoming a head coach is easier.
