New coach-tee ball?

I am coaching tee-ball for the first time is there any free guides for tips on coaching and shopping?

Just be very patient with them and let them have fun. Most t-ballers are more interested in playing in the dirt than ball so watch out for their safety.

t-ball is a young age so try to get some interesting training equipment that can keep the little kids interested. At the end of practices do relays around the bases, my younger brothers do that and they love to end the practice like that. Also just be really encouraging and try not to yell. Since they are so little you don't want to ruin their self esteem. As long as you teach them skills and how to love the game you'll do fine.
