I know theres managers like Jack mckeon that never played major leagues but what managers have never even been in the MLB minors or majors.

Of the active major league managers, seven have no major league playing experience. They are Manny Acta, Fredi Gonzalez, Jim Leyland, Grady Little, Joe Maddon, John McLaren, and Dave Trembley. Of those, Trembley is the only one with no minor league service time.

Dave Trembley, the current Orioles manager never played in the minors or the majors.
