Not sure about the NL |

these are the odds: If it were today, Liriano. But I think that Verlander will end up overtaking him by the end of the season. Leyland seems to be pacing Verlander well (he just rested him the other day), whereas the Twins will needs every start they can get out of Liriano (who the Tigers just shelled tonight) to have a chance of catching Detroit. It has to be Liriano Liriano is the best rookie and the best pitcher in MLB right now. I think Verlander. In the AL, it will be a toss between Justin Verlander (Pitcher for Detroit) and Fransico Liriano (Pitcher for the Twins)...in the National League, I believe it will come down to either Ryan Zimmerman (3rd base for Nationals) & Andre Ethier (OF for Dodgers) Liranian has the sickest stuff in baseball and Verlander throws 100mph so honestly baseball wont lose anything with choosing on of these two guys but it will definetly come down to who finishes stronger, my vote is for Liriano if he gets his form back and does what he did in the beginning of the season. J Weaver as 7-0 without losing any games with Anaheim Angels. He takes over his brother's job who traded to St. Louis. Jonathan Paplebon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... Verlander - Tigers AL- Fransisco Liriano, Twins. AL - Verlander |
