My league does not have the waiver process... Yahoo has not changed his league status on their status page... His team HAS changed to Atl, but I cannot add him because he is not on the Free Agent list. Does the fact that he is on the Can't Cut List prevent me from adding him? Am I out of luck just because of my league settings, or am I waiting on Yahoo to switch his league designation?

i'm assuming you are in an nl-only league, or else there should be no problem adding him. the cant cut list only means you can't drop him, which brings up the question how come nobody has him? (unless he wasn't drafted). i suggest contacting yahoo fantasy sports help service. theyll get back to you soon enough.
