Any cubs fans still out there?

this is for the cub fan that said the white sox winning the world series was a fluke. if thats true what do you call that train wreck of a cub post season? seven games over 500? a wineo derelict for a manager. what exactly do you cub fans do now? relish this post season experience?

Maybe it was a fluke, but the cubs couldn't even win on a fluke. In any other division the cubs would be sucking hind tit.
GO SOX!

cubs went out years ago... when mark grace left... dude they suck especially losing this series!!

GO BOSTON!!!

nope, not a Cubs fan, Rockies and Dodgers fan. :-D

the cubs should be thankful they were in a poor division. I believe their manager knew he had an average team. But for Cub fans, playoffs are better than all the other teams sitting at home watching on TV.

maybe Steve Bartman is still hiding under a rock somewhere

no. i think they all jumped off the sears tower

SHUT UP!! CUB FAN'S WILL STILL BE HERE LIKE ME!!
A DIE HARD YANKEE FAN!!!

they go and hibernate in the winter

First off, the White Sox winning the World Series in 05'
was no fluke. The Cubs post season was a big
disappointment, but a lesson well learned. With a possible
sale, the Cubs will have a chance to improve with either
free agent signing(s), or with a possible trade or two.
The continued drought of the Cubs not winning a world
series doesn't not hurt the team fan wise. It only makes
the legion of fans grow, and the love for them increase.
That's why the Cubs draw so well.......
They'll be back.

Southsiders make me want to slit my wrists.

Your win was a fluke.

You haven't done ANYTHING since, your manager is an idiot and your team has and ALWAYS will be a joke since the black sox days.

Your am embarassment to this league infact.

how is it, during your WINNING SEASON. we sold more seats than you how?

How is it possible that year we had a losing season yet we still have a strong fan base to come out to the park?

If you want to rate a team based on success, how many times have you made it to the post season?

You had one good year. We've been in the final 8 how many more times?

Get over yourself. you filthy little southsider and beg for the day you come move north where the real chicago is.

To the flagreekguy, 2005 was not a fluke. Not dropping out of first place all year, and going 11-1 in the postseason is not a fluke. Just because there are more Cubs fans than Sox fans, and the media gives the Cubs more attention, doesn't mean the Cubs are the better team. Many people don't get this, but #of fans does NOT affect how well the team does. If you want to rate a team on success, World Series wins--
White Sox-3
Cubs-2
Now get over yourself.
