Thrown out arm?

My arm has been badly thrown out. I can barely lift it. Obviously I wont be able to pitch as fast as I used to, right. Well I hope I'm wrong but do any of you guys know if it will make me weaker in the long run with weight training. I love to workout and am afraid that the strength I possess will diminish.

I remember in my younger days throwing too hard too early in the year when it was cold outside. Darn arm was so sore for the whole season. My suggestion would be for you to check with a physician....he might even order some physical therapy. Not sure lifting weights without having your arm checked first would be wise......good luck my friend.

You might want to do a little physical therapy. However, in the future, I would avoid the weight training as baseball is more about shoulder stability than shoulder strength. Just my opinion.
