| What should I do to train for High School Baseball? |
I havent played for about 5 years now. This will be my sophomore year, so it is a little bit late for me to join as a newby. Since freshman year i did not want to sign up because of my lack of experience, but upon seeing the people who made the team last year, I think I will be able to make it. Training suggestions? |

Assuming your defense is good, I have two suggestions for the hitting: |
work out a gym on agility and arm. lift wieghts. I think you should run a lot and if there is a batting cage near where you live, use it. If you're planning on being a pitcher than throw baseballs at bottles or cans. (I've never been on a baseball team so I don't know if this will actually help) Body building and lots of batting practice. What team doesn't like a good hitter? The first thing i would do is train hitting and lift weights its not too hard throwing a ball and if your a good hitter you will hit 3rd clean up or 5th and play outfeild its not hard catching a fly ball thats where good hitters usually play that and first base your in the same situation as me, i bought a hitaway thing that you put on a pole and it swings around and you hit it again. I'm a sophomore and i didnt play Freshman year because my school is Number 9 in the country. Now i think i can make it so good luck to you and good luck to you. |
