I'm trying out for baseball soon and was wondering if anyone knows good workouts or training workouts?

i'm training for when i try out for baseball.
i don't know that many workouts.
tell me what i should do in order to train workout and get in shape for baseball.

run 240 feet and time yourself. 10 times a day, record your best time, and keep trying to beat it. Its great excercise. You could also get somebody to pitch to you so you can practice batting, catching, etc.
ALSO: Don't ignore anything. my big bro did, and he didnt make the team because he didnt practice catching. (he thought catching wasn't that imprtnt)

batting cage

Running is the best thing you can do.

Throw everyday, not hard but enough to keep the arm loose, this will work your acuracy as well as arm strength.

bounce a ball off of a wall in the winter to get the feal of the ball in the glove.

And find a place to swing the bat, just keep on practicing.

go to a place where there are batting cages - most offer instruction too -

You can get a training session with a coach that has experience with kids your age that can set you up with conditoning and strength exercises and a good workout plan that will help you. It is well worth the cost of a session.
