Who will win the National League Central and why?

I hear the experts saying the Cubs pitchinbg and presumed hitting will lead them to the playoffs as the year sorts itself out.

And the Cardinals have the experience and pedigree.

And the Brewers have the youth movement with some nice starting pitchers thrown in the mix.

I just cant decide who may run away with it by years end?

Help?

Brewers. Depth of starting staff, solid bullpen & offense. Slightly better than average team but they're in a below average division.

it could be anyone of the teams ,whoever gets hot ,gets good pitching and good fielding. im going with the reds

The Astros
They are shuffling around there lineup now to look where they can get the most offense. They might trade Morgan Ensberg for a reliever.

They started out 15-31 in 2005 and still made it to the World Series.

They always start slow

I would say the Brewers right now. They seem to have the most complete team. We all know the Astros will get hot late in the season as they do every year. The Cards just dont have enough pitching and the same goes for the reds, Pirates are still a few years away from a playoff team, and i dont really have a reason with the Cubs, you would think with the team they have they could run away wtih the division, but who knows, im goin with Milwaukee

The Brewers will win the NL central. There is no question about it. With the lead that they have and the record against division foes, they will not fade away. Also, they have not won a seriers since May 7-9 and they are still up by 5 games, jsut goes to show that nobody else can put together a long enough winning streak to take over the lead.

The Cubs are a waste of time, they have one good pitcher and no bullpen. The Brewers at least have a closer that is unhittable, opp. ba is .074 right now, has only given up one run and is perfect in save opportunities.

It could be anybody from the Brewers to the Reds! Nobody has run away in this division! The only team over .500 at this time is the Brewers and that could definitely change as the year goes on!
