| Barry Bonds is a loser. No really he is a loser, in more ways than one. He never won a World Series, that? |

makes him a big fat LOSER, plus he's a cheater. So, when you think about it, all of his steroid use and cheating that he did, was only for personal accomplishments and personal stats. Yes, the Giants made the WS in 2002, but lost to the Angels. Now, Bonds says he wants to come back in 2008 to get 3000 hits and win a championship. Yeah, like that's going to happen. What is the average age of the SF Giants these days anyway? 85? these guys are dinosaurs. It's incredible. Why does the SF GM keep on adding over the hill veterans to his team like, Klesko, Roberts, Vizquel (he's ok, but he's 40), come on, what about a youth movement. They have to look towards the future. If Barry only wants to play one more year, he might as well go back to the Giants, but his freaking ego will not allow him to take a paycut. He will want another 15 million to come back in 2008 just to get to 3,000 hits, yippie. If I were the GM, I would only re-sign him for 5 million or less in 2008. Yes, people are going to say, WHERE'S THE QUESTION HERE???? |

I'm not a Bonds fan, but Bonds isn't a loser because he never won a WS. He's a loser because he is an arrogant, self-centered, no class jerk who only thinks about himself and doesn't give a crap about anybody else. You think he cares his Balco buddy Anderson is still in jail protecting him? |

Umm yeah, he just said today that he's playing next year. Spewing hate only makes you look ignorant. He's a loser cause he never won a WS? First off is he the whole team? There are 8 others on the field and at the plate. Not just him. He could go 5 for 5 with 5 HRs in game 1 of a WS and Giants can still lose 6 to 5 or something. And look at the HOF players that never won a WS. Tony Gwynn, Nolan Ryan, Ted Williams, Carl Yastremski, Wade Boggs, and so on and son on. If Ted Williams never won a WS then you can't say anyone that never won one is a loser. It's a team sport you tard, you can't judge players on whether or not they win a championship. Bonds is the best and most feared hitter of all time, but most great players can not make a big enough impact to win a championship. He can't help his teammates to get a hit, or strike out a batter. And on the steroid issue, I'm sure more than 50% of players are guilty of taking steroids, even though it was against the rules, there was no test for it, so why shouldn't players take them? I'm sure if I look at your favorite team, I could find that half of the players in a good year during the steroid era took steroids, if anyone ever finds out who took them. Even if there is a list of people who bought steroids, it would still be very sketchy, because I'm sure a lot of players won't be discovered, because they were better at keeping this information hidden. Don't hate Bonds because he did steroids the best, if you're gonna hate Bonds for steroid allegations, you should totally disregard the whole steroid era, because it's really impossible to know who did what. Don't just single out the best player though. If I managed the giants I would pay bonds Minimum Wage. wow chris did ESPN hire you? are you here telling us news breaking events on barrys so called roid use? get real! barry is only 1 player and is considered by his peers as a top3 in the last 40 years.. if sf doesn't want him i believe barry becomes a angel and also "mr genius" name me a player who doesnt try to get bigger numbers, oh i will wait until your next broadcast to hear you WISE remarks. your an idiot Have you seen the scramble for one of BB recent home runs? It looked like a riot with fans pummeling each other over a baseball. BB's unethical behavior has led to fighting in the seats. What MLB franchise is gonna want to import THAT to their city? takes one to know one I think he should get over himself and get a real job, he's crap at baseball without the drugs! And they wonder why attendance is so low at MLB games!??! |
