No i haven't. The Mets need some younger starting Pitching and a younger Bullpen wouldn't hurt either.

But what do I know I hate the Mets.

For starters, Glavine is gone. I find it tough to believe Castillo will stay unless he takes a huge pay cut, and he's pretty old anyway. Alou wasn't Mr. Incredible this year, so it's hard to see him coming back. Also, Lo Duca is doubtful to return. Green is a coin flip as to whether he'll be productive next year. Gosh. Just be thankful you can unload all of your old, expensive players that don't contribute anymore. My poor Cardinals have extensive money (multiple years no less) wrapped up in Edmonds, Carpenter, Mulder, and perhaps most painfully, Rolen. The Mets will be competitive consistently much faster than any other team who's overturning their roster this offseason. That should be fairly comforting. As for rumors, they have enough money to be linked to any player who would fill a hole for them in free agency, and with all that payroll dough lying around, I'd expect a big name outfielder (Hunter, Rowand) to be top targets for them.

Their major concern is the pitching staff,Then second base ,right field,catcher position and have to decide upon who they want to play left field.The rest of the team personnel is fine.
