I don't have a bat, but I coach fastpitch. I think the Anderson Rocketech is a very nice bat. The girls that swing it seem to have more pop than the ones that use composite bats.

How do you break in a softball bat?
That is a composite bat. You break it in by hitting about 200 softballs. Have your coach use it when doing infield practice. 200 hits shouldn't take long if you practice regularly. Never hit pitching machine balls (the ones with dimples)
