| I don't play any sports. What can I do for excersise? |

I don't really like sports. They're too rough, and people get hurt a lot. Plus I don't have time for them exept on the weekends. How can I exersise without sports? I like to run, play soccer, play softball/baseball, and do cheerleading. But I don't have time for sports! I have other things on weekdays so I'm really busy! I'm in 4 choirs and I take voice lessons twice a week! What can I do to exersise? Thanks! :) 鈾?/div> Additional Details1 week ago I also can't be on any teams. It sounds to me like you have a lot of interests!!! Try to run on the weekends with a friend from choir or invite friends over for a game of softball/baseball!! There are usually cheer camps over the summer so you could do that or just practice cheerleading when you have free time!! Also, you could enroll in cross country,soccer or softball next year/next semester if you can and do only 2 choirs!! Source(s):=)

You can take walks with a friend or your dog or ride a bike or something when you have free time. Good luck!! :] you have to put your priorities first, do you want to live a healthy life and excersise or are you planning on becoming the next american Idol? Only If your planning on being a big singing star theres no need for all that singing. But you do need excersise in your life if you want to be fit and healthy stretch in the mornings and nights dance when u r at home run on the weekends u have pe so yah but here is how u can do it: |
